OKX DEV DAY 2026 | Developer Hackathon Build a Market. Build a Company. Build with X Layer and OKX AI. Create an application for tokenized stocks or real-world assets, an onchain marketplace, an agent service or an AI-native business. OKX Dev Day is a developer hackathon that starts online and culminates in a live finale in Singapore. Build a working project with your team and connect with OKX leadership, leading RWA, AI and crypto partners, and venture capital firms. --- Up to US$100K across winning teams Applications closed. Requesting to join is not a public event registration or a ticket to the live finale. The finale is limited to selected teams and invited guests. Applying does not guarantee selection. What you can build Choose one primary track when you apply: --- X Layer: Tokenized stocks and RWA https://web3.okx.com/xlayer Build applications and infrastructure that use tokenized stocks or real-world assets as onchain building blocks on X Layer. Examples include data and portfolio tools, asset-based payment or commerce experiences, investor or issuer tooling and new ways for users and assets to interact onchain. 2. OKX AI: Agents and AI-native businesses https://www.okx.ai/ Build agent services and AI-native products for discovery, coordination, collaboration and monetisation. Examples include agent-service marketplaces, data or API services and tools that help agents work or transact with users and other agents. --- Your project may use both X Layer and OKX AI, but it will be reviewed under one primary track. If both apply, choose the track that best represents the core of your project. Bring a clear problem and a build your team can deliver. We are looking for working products, not pitch decks. Final problem statements, technical requirements and judging criteria will be shared with selected teams. Two ways to compete In person, Singapore finale. Teams that demo live on 7 October compete for the headline awards in each track. The largest share of the pool sits here. Remote. Teams that build and submit but cannot travel are still judged and can still win. Awards are subject to eligibility and the full Terms and Conditions. How selection works Submit one team application through this page by 15 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC+0 (extended, originally 11 September) OKX reviews the team's idea, technical plan and ability to deliver. Selected teams receive the online hackathon details by email. Teams build online and submit a working project by 25 September. Submitted projects are reviewed before finalists are invited to the Singapore event. We may not be able to provide individual feedback on every application. Ready to apply? Select Register and complete the builder application. Travel OKX does not pay for travel, accommodation, visas or personal expenses. Finalist teams are responsible for getting to Singapore and covering those costs. Do not book non-refundable travel until OKX confirms your finalist place and attendance details in writing. FAQs Does Request to Join give me a ticket to the finale? No. Request to Join opens the builder application. Your request will remain pending while applications and projects are reviewed. Only confirmed finalists will be approved in Luma for the Singapore finale. Is the full hackathon in Singapore? No. Teams build online from 17 to 25 September. Only the live finale takes place in Singapore. Does OKX cover travel? No. Teams cover their own travel, accommodation, visas and personal expenses. What do I submit? Selected teams will receive the final checklist before the online build period. It will cover the project description, working demo, OKX integration and technical links. Are there prizes? Categories, amounts and terms will be announced soon. Can I apply on my own? Yes. You can apply on your own or as part of a team of up to four people. Solo applicants are responsible for delivering the project and attending the Singapore finale if selected.
